What to expect
Over 6 weeks, you’ll train in proven techniques from the masters:
- Meisner (truth in the moment)- Stanislavski (objectives and given circumstances)- Uta Hagen (connecting to your own reality)- Stella Adler (unlocking imagination and bold choices)
You’ll build a toolkit of acting skills that give you:
- How to be 'less in your head' as an actor- Believable, honest acting techniques (so people actually feel your performance)- Presence and stagecraft (so you command attention)- Practical rehearsal methods you can use for any role

About your coach
Adam Coutts is a UK-trained actor and coach who studied at Rose Bruford College in London (the same drama school as Gary Oldman and Stephen Graham).With professional credits spanning the National Theatre, BBC, and Shakespeare’s Globe, Adam brings a wealth of stage and screen experience to his teaching.Over the past decade, he has coached hundreds of performers across the UK, Middle East and beyond. His students have gone on to work with Netflix, BBC, and ITV and train at world-class drama schools including the Stella Adler Academy (New York) and LAMDA (London).Adam’s teaching blends Meisner, Stanislavski, Uta Hagen and Stella Adler techniques with a practical, supportive approach. His mission is simple: to help actors unlock their authenticity, build confidence and perform with truth both on stage and on screen.
